1. What is the “Send Your Message to the Moon” campaign?
Space Age Publishing Company and the International Lunar Observatory Association (ILOA) offer the chance to send your name for free and a 100-character message for US$50 to land on the lunar surface. Your posting will join the Astrolab FLIP mission (NET mid 2026) and the ILOA ILO-1 mission via the FLEX rover (2026–2027).

From Jan 15, 2026 to Feb 24, 2026, we are offering this opportunity to all. Participants must provide a valid email address and subscribe to our weekly Space Calendar newsletter (but may unsubscribe at any time).

2. How will my name and/or message “land” on the Moon?
Names and messages are stored on a data module before each launch with a current edition of Space Calendar. Both missions, Astrolab FLIP rover and ILO-1, are headed for the Moon South Pole region. Your name / message will in effect touch the Moon and remain there forever or until Astronauts repurpose or recycle the hardware!

3. What can I send to the Moon, and how much does it cost?
For no charge you can send your name, and for US$50  send a 100-character text message (including spaces). Additional text lengths (125, 275, 600, 1500, or 2500 characters) and formats such as images, logos, audio, video or physical engravings may be possible. Please contact Space Age Publishing Company if this is important to you.

Sending your name is FREE!
