BepiColombo Enters Science Phase

BepiColombo nominal science mission begins this month. Its scientific goals include:
- Surface & Interior: MPO will map the surface minerals, topography, and internal structure of Mercury.
- Magnetic Environment: Mio will study the planet’s magnetic field and its dynamic interaction with the solar wind.
- Exosphere: The combined payload will examine the thin atmosphere and polar craters for potential water ice.
